Communication

This email helps us keep a record in our system and also allows for there to be accountability for the interaction
This email is monitored during our standard business hours and we aim to reply to tickets within :30 minutes of receiving them during those hours.
Daily Tasks
Check ShipHero to check for Order Holds. It's our clients responsibility to check in to the system daily to reconcile order holds or address holds. Feel free to email the team if you have any questions/issues.
Outgoing D2C Orders
Assuming we have all the items, and there is nothing beyond our control that holds up the order, all orders up to SLA standards placed by 12 PM CST will ship the same day under normal volume periods. The cut-off time for Expedited orders is 2 PM CST.
If we are experiencing increased volume, the team will send out a notification regarding any delays.
Outgoing Wholesale and Freight (LTL/FTL) Orders
All orders up to SLA standards placed by 12PM EST will ship within 4 business days under normal volume periods and excluding federal holidays.
If we are experiencing increased volume periods, the team will send a notification regarding any delays.
It is required that the MO or Order number is entered into ShipHero along with a scheduled outgoing freight appointment/s (email team@simplefulfillment.com to schedule.)
Please wait until the order has been fulfilled in ShipHero to schedule a pick-up OR schedule your appointment in advance to give us and the trucking company adequate time to fulfill the order and meet the pickup window.
Your Site's Shipping Methods
While it is against our SLA for you to change your shipping methods on your website, if you do, please let us know. The new methods will need their mapping updated in our WMS (warehouse management system) by someone on the team. Please email team@simplefulfillment.com as soon as the change is made to prevent a disruption in orders. We will automatically apply an operator hold to any orders without an approved and mapped method. All subsequent orders are void of the SLA.
Receiving
A PO must be in the system 48 hours before a shipment is delivered. The PO must be entered in at the individual unit level. If a PO is not added to this timeline, then those 48 hours are added to the receiving timeline.
We ask that freight delivery appointments are scheduled in advance (by emailing the team). Tracking can be updated in the PO in our WMS which is helpful for our Receiving team to prepare for your shipment.
Once the shipment has arrived and is marked as delivered, Simpl Fulfillment works within a 1-3 business day window to receive the shipment into inventory
All inbound shipments that require an work order or do not have a PO created in advance of arrival will be prioritized last and will not fall into our 48-hour window
If new inventory was a part of a presale/ overselling, please refer below to their order prioritization
Just like Returns, we love speed but our priority is to maintain accuracy
Returns
We process Returns Tuesday through Friday within 1-3 business days from the time of receipt.

All returns must have an RMA in our system, completed prior to delivery, to meet our SLA. If there is not an RMA, we will charge an ad hoc fee to create one for the order and it will be processed outside of our returns SLA.
Preselling/Overselling
Please remember that these orders are prioritized last when the product/s come back in stock and are void of our shipping SLA. If you have any questions, email the team.
Dropshipped Products
Updates will need to be made in your Shopify:
Shopify: Tag each Dropship product with “SIMPL-DS”
Email team@simplefulfillment.com at least 48 hours prior to going live so that we can make the appropriate changes in our WMS.
Kit/Bundle Products
Email team@simplefulfillment.com at least 48 hours prior to going live so that we can make the appropriate changes in our WMS
If kits need to be assembled into a pack or for Amazon, etc. then a work order will be required.
