When you create an Inbound, the URL will say /inbound/##### the number after the /Inbound is the ID you'll use on your label. This is required for your items to be processed by our team. If you're sending items from different places but they're on 1 Inbound, use the ID on all packages. _

To ensure quick and efficient processing of your inventory, please follow these guidelines. Adhering to them is crucial for avoiding delays, fees, and complications. For compliant shipments following these guidelines, we will receive all inventory within 24-72 hours (M-F). Container deliveries or large deliveries may need extra time - our team can discuss a timeline when you email to schedule.

Our team works hard to provide the most seamless service possible. Your cooperation helps us ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

General Inbound Requirements

Labeling: Each box, pallet, carton, or container must include the PO name or number from ShipHero. This identification is essential for matching the shipment to the correct client and PO/Inbound.
Carton Labeling: Each carton in the shipment must be clearly labeled with your company name, as well as the SKUs and quantities contained inside.
SKU Separation: No mixed SKU cartons. Each SKU must be separated. Different colors or variations of the same product must be in individual boxes, although they can be separated and marked inside the same outer carton.
Pallet Specifications: Use standard pallets (40x48 inches) with a maximum height of 60 inches. For non-compliant pallets, we may repalletize them for a fee.

Daily Tasks

Check ShipHero to check for Order Holds. It's our clients responsibility to check in to the system daily to reconcile order holds or address holds. Feel free to email the team if you have any questions/issues.

Outgoing D2C Orders

Assuming we have all the items, and there is nothing beyond our control that holds up the order, all orders up to SLA standards placed by 12 PM CST will ship the same day under normal volume periods. The cut-off time for Expedited orders is 2 PM CST.

Outgoing Wholesale and Freight (LTL/FTL) Orders

We're making a few, small changes to help ensure we can continue to offer 1-3 day FBA Prep for merchants of all sizes. We try to keep things simple around here so we've tried to narrow this down to the most important items.

2) When our team verifies the items prior to prep starting, it is vital inventory numbers and the prep required is all on the Inbound. If you're sending us items to bundle, put the number of the items once bundled. (IE If you have a 3 pack of blue spoons and you're sending 30 spoons to make 10 - 3 packs, you'd put 10 as the quantity for that FNSKU.) This is extremely important so the inventory is checked in and prepped properly.
