Inbounds must be created prior to sending product to us. If inventory arrives without an ID as explained below, we will attempt to identify the company who sent it but it will likely be donated or disposed of. When you create an Inbound, the URL will say /inbound/ the number after the /Inbound is the ID you'll use on your label.
