Simpl Fulfillment Receiving Guidelines



To ensure quick and efficient processing of your inventory, please follow these guidelines. Adhering to them is crucial for avoiding delays, fees, and complications. For compliant shipments following these guidelines, we will receive all inventory within 24-72 hours (M-F). Container deliveries or large deliveries may need extra time - our team can discuss a timeline when you email to schedule.

General Inbound Requirements



- Labeling: Each box, pallet, carton, or container must include the PO name or number from ShipHero. This identification is essential for matching the shipment to the correct client and PO/Inbound.
- Carton Labeling: Each carton in the shipment must be clearly labeled with your company name, as well as the SKUs and quantities contained inside.
- SKU Separation: No mixed SKU cartons. Each SKU must be separated. Different colors or variations of the same product must be in individual boxes, although they can be separated and marked inside the same outer carton.
- Pallet Specifications: Use standard pallets (40x48 inches) with a maximum height of 60 inches. For non-compliant pallets, we may repalletize them for a fee.
- Barcoding: All units must have a unique barcode. If they do not, this will cause a delay in processing and incur a fee for our team to barcode them. This helps us maintain 99.99% accuracy.
- Apparel and Soft Items: All apparel and soft items (e.g., hats, t-shirts, hoodies) must be individually bagged to protect them from dirt and damage in the warehouse. If these items arrive unbagged, we will bag them for a fee.

PO and Inbound Processing



- PO Entry: POs must be entered into ShipHero at the individual unit level at least 48 hours before the shipment is delivered.
- Fees for Missing PO: Any shipment that arrives without a PO will incur the following daily fees until the issue is resolved:
- $30 per pallet
- $10 per carton for parcel deliveries
- These shipments will be deprioritized until corrected.
- Additional Charges for Late PO Entry: POs not uploaded and scheduled at least 48 hours prior to delivery may incur additional charges during receiving. Charges are based on the size of the shipment:
- SP (Small Parcel): $10 per carton
- LTL (Less Than Truckload): $30 per pallet
- TL (Truck Load): $250
- Container: $500 flat rate on top of the unload charge (charge dependent on the number of pallets and time to complete unload)

Note: For container shipments, appointments must be set well ahead of delivery for either a live unload or for the container to be dropped. You MUST email team@simplefulfillment.com to finish scheduling. An additional ad hoc fee will be applied for the organization and palletization of the shipment and will be reflected on your invoice.

Scheduling Deliveries



- Pallets and LTL Freight: Must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Schedule Here.
- Container Deliveries: Require at least 72 hours' notice to schedule. Email team@simplefulfillment.com to schedule.
- Local Drop-offs: Local clients who wish to drop off inventory must schedule their drop-off at least 24 hours in advance and ensure the PO is entered. Schedule Here.
- Receiving Hours: We receive inventory on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 10 am - 4 pm CST. Unscheduled deliveries will incur a fee and may be refused.

Freight Requirements



- LTL Shipments: Must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
- FTL and Container Shipments: Must be scheduled 72 hours in advance.
- Container Unloading Fees: $500 per 20ft container and $650 per 40ft container.

Recommendations (Not Required)



Carton Numbering: Have your supplier number your cartons (e.g., 1/35, 2/35, 3/35, etc.) to help identify missing cartons if a carrier loses or delays them.
