Scheduling an Order Pick-Up from Simpl Fulfillment

The Quick Version


  1. Create a manual order in ShipHero (instructions below).
  2. Book your pick-up through our scheduling page.
  3. Show up at your scheduled time — your order will be ready at the dock.



⚠️ Please read before starting We're a physical warehouse, not a software platform — so when an order is set up incorrectly, it doesn't just throw an error. It sends our team on a wild goose chase, delays other clients' orders, and costs everyone time and money.The formatting below (especially the PU- prefix and "ready to ship" status) isn't optional — it's how our system knows to route your order correctly.If the PU- prefix is missing, your order drops into our normal shipping queue and gets picked/packed as a regular outbound shipment.



Before You Book


Your order must be placed in ShipHero and have a status of "ready to ship" at least 48 hours before your pick-up time. This gives our team time to pull, pack, and stage everything at the dock.


If your order is on hold, has backordered items, or isn't fully ready to ship — it won't be picked and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Please resolve any holds or inventory issues before booking.


For large orders or pick-ups scheduled more than a few days out, skip Calendly and email us at team@simplefulfillment.com so we can coordinate timing.


If your pick-up hasn't been booked through Calendly or confirmed by our team via email, we won't be able to accommodate you — even if you show up at the warehouse.



How to Create a Pick-Up Order in ShipHero


Log into your client portal at simple.shipsfor.us (legacy clients can still use app.shiphero.com).


  1. Go to Orders > Create An Order
  2. Set the order number in this format: PU-MMDD-NAME (e.g., PU-0315-JackSmith). The PU- prefix is critical — without it, the order will be processed as a normal shipment.
  3. In the customer/recipient field, type the name of the person or company picking up.
  4. Search for the item(s), set your quantities, and Save Changes.
  5. For shipping, select "Generic" > "genericlabel." This tells our system it's a pick-up, not a shipment.
  6. Save the order.


Heads up: If a different shipping method is selected and the order gets fulfilled and shipped out, it will be treated as a completed shipment. The order will not be refunded or re-sent. Please double-check before saving.



Day Of


All pick-ups happen at Dock 5. Your order will be staged and ready to go.


Please note — we don't allow entry into the facility, so you'll be loading from a cart at the dock.
