The Quick Version
- Create your PO or Shipping Plan in ShipHero (PO guide / Shipping Plan guide).
- Book your drop-off through our scheduling page.
- Show up at your scheduled time and unload at the dock.
⚠️ Please read before schedulingJust like pick-ups, drop-offs need to be scheduled and prepped in advance. Your PO or Shipping Plan is how our team knows what's coming in, when, and where to put it. Without it, we're receiving inventory blind — which slows everything down for everyone.
We will only accept items that are listed on your PO or Shipping Plan and exist in your ShipHero inventory. If you show up with items not on the PO or not in your inventory, we will not accept them unless explicitly approved by our team in advance. Please make sure everything you're delivering is accounted for before your appointment.
Before You Book
Your PO or Shipping Plan should be created in ShipHero at least 24 hours in advance so our team can prepare.
For large deliveries, freight, or anything unusual — skip Calendly and email us at team@simplefulfillment.com so we can coordinate.
If your drop-off hasn't been booked through Calendly or confirmed by our team via email, we won't be able to receive your shipment — even if you show up at the warehouse.
Day Of
All drop-offs happen at Dock 5. Back up to the dock and unload onto a cart.
Please note — we don't allow entry into the facility.
