How to upload a CSV to ShipHero to create a manual order

1. Go to ShipHero

2. Click on CSV Management

3. Click on Download Order Template

If this is your first time, this is an easy template to make sure you have all of the information.

4. Click on Upload new orders

Select your file and then click on Upload

5. Map the fields on your CSV to match ShipHero's

(The ones with asterisks are required)

6. Click on Process to upload the order(s)

You can also save your mapping for future uploads.
