How to make a PO in ShipHero
1. Log into ShipHero
2. Click on All Purchase Orders
3. Click on Create A Purchase Order
4. Select All
5. Select Simpl Fulfillment - Primary
6. Type in the item(s) you want to add
If you your items aren't showing up in the search, they may need to have a vendor added. Some items are auto-assigned vendors, some aren't but PO's require a vendor. We have a quick guide to fix it.
7. Click on the item
8. Click on Save Order
9. Add the Tracking Number(s)
If you need more space, use the Warehouse Notes section.
10. Click on Ship Date:
Set it to the date the item(s) are expected to ship
11. Click on Estimated Arrival Date:
Set it to the date the item(s) are expected to arrive
12. Click on Save Changes
13. If you have any notes for the team, add them to the Note For Warehouse Packer
14. Click on Update (if you added notes)
