How to create a return or exchange in ShipHero
Creating Returns or Exchanges
1. Go into the order you'd like to return. Scroll down, and on the right side, click "Return Order."
2. Check the products to return or exchange.
3. Select a Return Reason
4. Change the return type to exchange if the customer wants to exchange their item instead of returning it.
5. For any exchanges, search to add the item to exchange their returned item.
6. Choose the return label type
Use "Self Return" for a generic label (customer must obtain their own), or choose the store-paid label to be billed for postage.
7. The customer will be emailed the label by default unless you check "Do Not Email Customer Return Label."
8. Check "Do not allocate product to exchange order, until exchange order is manually released to ship" if you want to wait for the return to be processed before we ship the exchange item.
9. Click "Generate RMA" to create the return
