How to add a Shopify store to ShipHero

1. Go to ShipHero

2. Click on Stores

3. Click "Add a new store

4. Click on "Shopify"

5. Type in your Shopify URL

6. Leave "Allow ShipHero to manage your Shopify Inventory" unchecked

We highly recommend this so it doesn't 0 out your products. We'll enable this once we receive your first PO. You can check this if you're fine with Shopify being zeroed out until we receive inventory.

7. Make sure "Starting Inventory" has "Start at 0" selected.

If this doesn't get changed to "Start at 0" it'll add delays to onboarding as we have to manually fix every product. It's very silly but that's how it works, unfortunately.

8. Click "Connect"

9. Follow the steps to install the ShipHero app and you should be good to go!
