FBA Prep Receiving Guidelines
We're making a few, small changes to help ensure we can continue to offer 1-3 day FBA Prep for merchants of all sizes. We try to keep things simple around here so we've tried to narrow this down to the most important items.
1) Inbounds must be created prior to sending product to us. If inventory arrives without an ID as explained below, we will attempt to identify the company who sent it but it will likely be donated or disposed of. We work with hundreds of Amazon Sellers and aren't able to sort out who sent which items without proper labeling. When you create an Inbound, the URL will say /inbound/##### the number after the /Inbound is the ID you'll use on your label. This is required for your items to be processed by our team. If you're sending items from different places but they're on 1 Inbound, use the ID on all packages.

2) When our team verifies the items prior to prep starting, it is vital inventory numbers and the prep required is all on the Inbound. If you're sending us items to bundle, put the number of the items once bundled. (IE If you have a 3 pack of blue spoons and you're sending 30 spoons to make 10 - 3 packs, you'd put 10 as the quantity for that FNSKU.) This is extremely important so the inventory is checked in and prepped properly.
3) If you do not want the items sent back out immediately or you have specific requirements, email team@simplefulfillment.com or use the live chat on our website. The same success team runs both so either way works. It's vital we're aware so we can notate it. Also, add notes to the Inbound. This will make sure our Prep team sees them. If there are no notes, we will prep it immediately and send it to Amazon per their requirements.
