FBA Prep Inbound Guidelines

Shipment name should appear on the shipping label or bill of lading using your company name and the ID. If using the name field, the address should appear as the following:

You can find the reference ID in the URL of the Inbound.

Any item that is to be OUTBOUNDED as a bundle should:

Be listed in the quantities to be outbounded. For example, if you are sending 40 units that are to be bundled in pairs, the quantity on the inbound should be listed as 20.

Marked as a bundle. Inventory > Product > Bundles > Convert to Bundle

Any Amazon removals should be named with the RMA ID provided by Amazon.

All items on an inbound should be listed with the desired FNSKU, not the old/outdated FNSKU.

All inbounds are billed at the time of receiving.

If these guidelines aren't followed, we reserve the right to assess fees, dispose of, refuse, or donate non-compliant shipments or inventory.
