Creating an order for pick up from Simple's Austin facility
If you want to physically pick up an order from our warehouse, these are the steps to take:

- For Pick Ups: A pick up order must be created via a manual order in your client portal with the appropriate Generic / Pick Up selected

- Pick ups must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance
- Pick ups or drop offs cannot be scheduled on Mondays or after 1PM on Friday.
All pick up orders will be ready at the scheduled time and will be picked up directly from our dock. We do not allow entry into the facility during order pick ups.
For each pick-up, we will need a manual order created. Instructions are below:

1. Go to Orders > Create An Order
2. Click on Order Number
3. Please enter the order number in the format 'PU-MMDD-NAME.' In this code:
'MM' represents the two-digit month of the pickup date (e.g., '01' for January).
'DD' represents the two-digit day of the pickup date (e.g., '09' for the 9th day).

4. Type the name of the person or company who will be picking up.
5. Search for the item(s) you want to pick up one by one, edit the quantities, and "Save Changes." Items not quantities auto-save.
6. For the shipping option, choose "Generic" and then "genericlabel"
7. Click on Save Order
8. Add a note to the orders warehouse packer notes. For example: "This order will be picked up by Jack Smith on 8/9 at 10:30 am."
9. Click on Update
